Bitte beachte, dass die äußere Verpackung nur zum Schutz des Inhaltes, also des Produktes selbst, dient. Kleinere Schäden an der Außenverpackung wie z.B. leichte Dellen, Knicke oder Kratzer sind somit kein Grund für eine Reklamation. 

A notice:

  • If an album is available in multiple versions, a random selection will be sent.
  • If you choose the option with a poster, it will be shipped rolled in a poster tube. If there is no option, it means the poster will be shipped folded.
  • Cancellations are not allowed on any items that come with special gifts such as pre-order benefits, fansign events, and exclusive photo cards. Please be sure of your order.
  • For damaged or missing items, you must submit an unboxing video. This should start with the shipping label intact and clearly show what is missing or damaged, otherwise exchanges will not be allowed.
  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order products are released.
